Being Present.

Being Present.

If there is one thing that I have become more aware of over the course of the past few years is the need for presence. Being present in everything that we do will bring out the best of what we do. We set ourselves up for success by being available to each project, task, or person that surrounds us.

MyIntent, a meaningful intentions project, found me at the right time. The purpose was to choose, one word, just one intention for my entire year. This word, then engraved on a piece I could wear consistently serves catalyst for meaningful conversations, positivity, and success. BUT It wasn’t easy choosing just ONE word. I made lists, crossed words off the lists. Meditated about my lists. Talked to my dogs and even my 4-year-old about my lists.  Until, finally, it came to me. That ONE word!...

Walk as if you are kissing the Earth with your feet.

To be mindful is to be aware, present, positive and engaging. The ability to fully immerse yourself in the things that you are in love with, the things that you are best at is the bet gift you can give yourself.
